Erie, PA, December 31, 2006 - Following two seasons of success utilizing the disc jockey services of Expy | Photography ∙ Video ∙ Disc Jockey for the FIRST (http://www.usfirst.org) Robotics Regional and Championship Competitions, FIRST has secured Expy for the 2007 & 2008 seasons. FIRST will utilize Expy's disc jockey services at 33 Regional events throughout the United States in March and the FIRST Championship event held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA from April 12 - 14, 2007.
Expy will provide more than 550 hours of disc jockey music coverage meant to entertain and promote a high energy atmosphere for high school students, family, friends, community members and staff attending each of the FIRST Robotics Competitions. The events culminate with the FIRST Championship which is attended by more than 20,000, opening and closing ceremonies are nationally televised and much fun is had by all!
