Expy | Weddings & Events, Shares in Stanley Cup Win with Kevyn Adams of the Carolina Hurricanes

Erie, PA, August 3, 2006 – Contacted on June 26th by the family of Kevyn Adams, a Center for the 2006 Championship NHL Carolina Hurricanes, Expy planned and coordinated the details of a very special Stanley Cup party to be held just four weeks from initial contact on July 29th. Expy’s services included designing theme and layout, coordinating catering, outdoor tent procurement, rental of tables, chairs, linens, plates and glasses. Expy also provided valet parking, decorations including a customized floral arrangement over two feet tall and plasma television screens for playback of the 2006 NHL Stanley Cup Championship Game #7. Documentary photography of the event was provided by Amanda Kifer, Expy Chief Photographer. Master of Ceremonies and Disc Jockey services were performed by Justin Kifer Expy, President/CEO. Matt Defibaugh assisted as Expy, Disc Jockey.
The Stanley Cup event was a huge success and was enjoyed by approximately 150 family and friends from across the United States. Guests enjoyed activities from 6:00 P.M. July 29th through late morning, July 30th. Delectable hors d’oeuvres were created by Make It Fabulous Catering & Special Events. With fantastic views of Lake Chautauqua as a backdrop, guests had individual photographs taken with the Stanley Cup and Kevyn Adams throughout the day by Expy Chief Photographer, Amanda Kifer. Spirits were high while Game 7 of the 2006 Stanley Cup Championships wafted through the open air while displayed on twin 50” plasma screens and a 100” projection screen.
An Executive Producer and camera crew were onsite from NHL Productions filming interviews and footage to be used in an upcoming broadcast on OLN in the United States. Check www.olntv.com for show time listings or revisit this site for updates on air dates when they become available.
